Halloween 6pm to 8pm
Our 4th annual neighborhood trick or treat night!
We encourage neighbors to pass out their treats from 6pm to 8pm.  Many neighbors will park at the end of their driveway to help the little ones out. This is always a fun night to socialize and see all the great outfits as well as the driveway parties that pop-up. 
Please be safe and drive slowly!!!

Annual HOA Neighbor Meeting
The Owasso Homestead Homeowners Association annual meeting is coming soon. 
At the meeting we will be reviewing the proposed 2025 budget, proposed changes to the CC&R governing document, common area maintenance updates and open forum to hear our neighbors.   
 
We encourage all to attend. After the meeting we will be sending out a voting survey for revisions to the CC&R and approve the 2025 budget.

DATE CHANGE! Homestead HOA Annual Meeting

DATE CHANGED! We were notified this afternoon that our location was double booked for a Veteran's program. In honor of the Veteran's we offerred to move to next week.


This year's annual meeting for Homestead Association members will be held on November 13th, 2025 at Hodson Elementary School from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. We need a minimum of 41 Lot Owner's to attend to reach a quorum.


Agenda Items:


An electronic voting ballot will be sent to all Lot Owners in good standing on October 28th and will close November 11th.

Any votes submitted by Lot Owners who are not able to attend the meeting will be considered absentee ballots.
